7 loại mẫu câu đơn giản

1. Subject + Verb (Verb - nội động từ).
Ex: My friend is waiting.

2. Subject + Verb + Object (Verb - ngoại động từ)
Ex: The company sells mobile phones.

3. Subject + Verb + Complement (*)
Ex: 
- This color is nice (Complement - Adj)
- The old cinema became a nightclub (Complement - Noun)

(*) A complement usually gives information about the Subject of the sentence. It can be an adjective phrase (e.g. nice) or a noun phrase (e.g. a nightclub).

4. Subject + Verb + Adverbial (*).
Ex:
- The concert is tomorrow.
- The photos lay on the table.
- The Olympics are every four years.
